Do you provide a pick-up and delivery service?
Of course! PSH Rug Care provides three options for pick-up and delivery services:
Option 1
Take-Up & Re-Lay: If your area rug is larger than 10’ x 14’, or if you need assistance handling a rug, let us know in advance. We’re happy to send two technicians who will take care of it for you!
**PSH does not move pianos, electronics, or heavy/oversized furniture pieces**
Option 2
Rolled & Ready: Roll up your rugs prior to our arrival and leave them where they are. We’ll send a technician to come take them back to the studio for service. Your rugs will be returned to you rolled up, but we will carry them into the rooms where they belong for you.
**If you think your area rug measures larger than 10; x 14’, please let us know. We will send two technicians at our take-up & relay rate to handle the over-sized piece**
Option 3
Cash & Carry: If you drive your area rugs to PSH Rug Care and come pick them up when they are ready, you are entitled to a discount on your cleaning with us! Just leave your rugs in the car when you arrive. We’ll carry them in for you! Call us for more details!
FREE pick-up is available for our Memphis area customers whose rugs are rolled and ready for us!
